Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g Emmental cheese
- 500 g pear(s)
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Honey
- n. B. sugar
- some parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the Emmental cheese. Wash the pear, peel it if desired, and dice it. For the dressing, combine all ingredients and season to taste. Mix the Emmental cheese with the pears, pour the dressing over the cheese, and sprinkle with currants or pine nuts.
