Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Salt and pepper, white

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

vegetarian

Finely dice the onion and garlic clove and sauté in hot olive oil with sugar until just browned. Deglaze with the milk and bring to a boil. Add the processed cheese and tomato paste. Stir the sauce until creamy and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and paprika. Depending on your desired consistency, thin the sauce further with milk or thicken it with instant cheese flakes.
