Mayonnaise without egg, with quark

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 ml milk
  • 250 ml sunflower oil or rapeseed oil
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic granules
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp curd
  • Fresh herbs, e.g. parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the milk, oil, mustard, lemon juice, and spices in a tall bowl. Place the immersion blender at the bottom of the bowl and then turn on the blender. Slowly pull the blender upwards until the mayonnaise reaches a thick consistency. Then stir in the quark and herbs, and season to taste.
