Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 tbsp Flour, Instant
- ⅛ liter meat broth, from stock cubes
- ⅛ liter milk
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp butter, soft
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 75 g cheese, grated, variety according to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine the above ingredients (except the cheese) in a saucepan and heat. Then add the cheese and let it cook.
