Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tbsp Flour, Instant
  • ⅛ liter meat broth, from stock cubes
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter, soft
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 75 g cheese, grated, variety according to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the above ingredients (except the cheese) in a saucepan and heat. Then add the cheese and let it cook.
