Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 700 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 ml processed cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

quick and tasty

Add the ingredients one at a time to a pot and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Don’t forget to stir frequently. Season with salt to taste. Tip: This sauce makes a great base and can be enhanced with many delicious additions, such as ham pieces, peas, green asparagus, or other vegetables. Everyone can add their own flavors and preferences.
