Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g bacon, diced
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 chili peppers, red
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Fry the diced bacon in a pan. Peel the onion and garlic. Finely chop them along with the chili and fry in the bacon fat. Add the passata and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
