- 100 g Sheep cheese
- 1 piece Fresh shallot
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
- 0,5 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
- 1 Knife point Red chilli flakes
- 3 tablespoon Cream 10% fat
- Peel the shallot and garlic clove and dice both very finely.
- Crumble the cheese and work with the other ingredients to form a smooth cream. Season to taste with chilli and pepper. Salt is actually not necessary as the cheese is already very salted.
- Arrange the cheese cream on Baggers (potatoes: Baggers – Potato Pancakes – Potato Pancakes) with salmon.
