Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Sheep milk cheese
  • 1 piece Fresh shallot
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
  • 0,5 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 Knife point Red chilli flakes
  • 3 tablespoon Cream 10% fat

Instructions
 

  • Peel the shallot and garlic clove and dice both very finely.
  • Crumble the cheese and work with the other ingredients to form a smooth cream. Season to taste with chilli and pepper. Salt is actually not necessary as the cheese is already very salted.
  • Arrange the cheese cream on Baggers (potatoes: Baggers - Potato Pancakes - Potato Pancakes) with salmon.
