- 100 g Smoked salmon
- 200 g Cream cheese 70%
- 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 tbsp Freshly grated horseradish
- 2 tbsp Dill
- 1 splash Lemon
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar

- Chop the salmon, then stir everything together and season to taste.
