Cheese slices with herbs and pepperoni

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-large Pepper, red
  • 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 100 g cheese, pepper Boursin (soft cheese from France)
  • 75 g cream cheese
  • 75 g cheese, grated Sbrinz
  • some salt
  • some sweet paprika powder
  • 6 slices of toast (whole grain)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place the Boursin cheese in a bowl and mash lightly with a fork. Add the cream cheese and Sbrinz cheese and mix thoroughly. Add the diced pepperoni and herbs, season with salt and paprika, and mix thoroughly. Lightly toast the bread and cut into triangles. Spread the cheese mixture onto the bread and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at approximately 180°C for 12-15 minutes. Serve hot!
