Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 onions
- 0.33 celeriac
- 2 carrots
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 200 g processed cheese
- 3 slices of Gouda
- 200 ml milk
- 3 stalk(s) spring onion(s)

Finely chop the onions and sauté. Roughly chop the celery and carrots and sauté briefly. Deglaze with vegetable stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. Add the processed cheese and Gouda and let it melt. Add the milk and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Finally, add the finely chopped spring onions and serve. Note: The quantities are for guidance only; adjust as desired.
