Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 onions
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 375 g minced beef
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 750 ml meat broth
  • 150 g cream cheese spread
  • 100 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 1 small can of mushrooms

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and dice the onions. Heat the vegetable oil and sauté the diced onions. Then add the ground beef and fry until only small lumps remain. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Trim, halve, wash, and slice the leeks. Add them to the minced meat and sauté briefly. Add the meat broth and cook for 20 minutes. Stir in the cheese and cook until no more cheese pieces remain. It is important to cook on medium heat and stir frequently, otherwise it will stick. Finally, add the mushrooms and let everything simmer briefly. Serve with baguette or a bread roll. Tip: You can also use minced pork. If you don’t like leeks, you can also use 1-2 small onions.
