Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 pack of mashed potatoes
- 200 ml water
- 200 ml milk
- 100 g sheep’s cheese (55% fat)
- 1 tbsp ajvar
- 1 tbsp chives, rolled
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Prepare mashed potatoes using only 400 ml of liquid and 1 tablespoon of ajvar. Meanwhile, crumble the feta cheese. Remove the mashed potatoes from the heat and stir in the feta cheese. Serve with chives. This also works with fresh potatoes.
