Three kinds of spread

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 tbsp horseradish (cream horseradish)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 bunch of herbs (parsley, chives, dill)
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes

Drain the quark, sour cream, and sour cream overnight in a sieve. Stir the mixture until creamy and divide it into three equal portions. Tuna spread: Drain the tuna, chop it, and mix it with part of the quark mixture. Season with salt. Horseradish spread: Stir creamed horseradish into the quark as needed. Season with salt. Herb spread: Stir finely chopped herbs and crushed garlic into the mixture. Season with salt, herb salt, and pepper. Variation: Add finely chopped paprika and chili. I wouldn’t divide the mixture into more than three portions, though. I’d rather substitute one variation for another.
