Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 onions
  • 1 pack of leeks (creamed leeks), frozen
  • 200 g processed cheese (cream cheese)
  • 200 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 cube of stock
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly cream
  • possibly crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and dice the onions. Brown the minced meat in a sufficiently large pot. Add the onions. Add the drained mushrooms and fill with water. Bring to a boil and add the stock cube. Gradually melt both types of processed cheese in the soup. Thaw the creamed leeks in the soup and heat through. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and, if desired, crème fraîche and cream.
