Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels (200 g each)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 2 packs of cream cheese spread (62.5 g each)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh or from a jar
- ½ cube of stock
- 125 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 day 1 hour 15 minutes
Cut the 4 turkey cutlets into thin strips. Trim, wash, and finely chop the spring onions. Brown the meat and onions thoroughly in hot oil. Trim, wash, and finely chop the bell peppers and mushrooms, and fry them. Add the water and bring to a boil, then dissolve the stock cube. Cut the cream cheese wedges into small pieces, add them, and let them melt in the stock. Serve with rice.
