Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cheeses, ripe Harzer cheese rolls
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 1 egg yolk
  • some sour cream
  • some lettuce
  • 1 tomato(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Finely chop the cheese (if necessary, use an onion chopper), stir in the diced onion, butter, mustard, paprika, egg yolk, and sour cream. Mix well with a fork. Serve the cheese tartare on lettuce leaves and garnish with tomato pieces.
