Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 1 cucumber(s) , (pepper cucumber)
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 2 tsp horseradish, grated
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp capers, chopped
  • some chives, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the egg, cucumber, and chives and stir them into the mayonnaise along with the remaining ingredients. The tartar sauce can be served with any cold meat.
