Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper, paprika powder
  • 4 rolls (hamburger buns)
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato(s), cut into four nice slices

Cut the Gouda into small cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Mix together the ground beef, egg, Gouda cubes, onion cubes, and breadcrumbs and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Form into 4 hamburger patties. Grill or fry for about 6 minutes on each side. Cut 4 hamburger buns in half and toast on the grill or heat in the microwave.
