Cheeseburger McDonald's – Style

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g minced beef
  • 50 g gherkins, pickled, sliced
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 slice(s) processed cheese (Emmental)
  • ½ slice(s) cheese (Gouda, medium-aged)
  • 1 roll (hamburger bun)
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut open the hamburger bun and briefly fry both slices in a pan. Form the ground beef into a meatball, as thin as possible, season with salt and pepper, and fry briefly. After 1-3 minutes of frying, place the cheese on the bun and let it melt for a minute. Meanwhile, spread the mustard and ketchup on the halved bun slices. Place the cucumber slices on top and arrange the cheese-covered bun on top. Place the top of the bun on top. Serve with French fries, if desired.
