Ingredients for 7 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 125 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1,000 g low-fat curd cheese, 20% fat
- 200 g sugar
- 1 cup of cream
- 5 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Knead the first 5 ingredients into a dough and pour into a 26 cm springform pan. Press the edges up well. Then whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Mix all the remaining ingredients for the filling and fold in the cream. Pour everything onto the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 1 hour.
