Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,000 g quark
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tbsp semolina
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • some lemon juice
  • 250 g margarine
  • Fat and breadcrumbs for the form

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and pour the batter into a greased and breadcrumbed 28 cm springform pan. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes. The cake won’t collapse as much if you let it cool in the oven.
