Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 ml water
- 8 tbsp oat flakes, wholegrain
- Salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 large apple
- 10 plums (dried plums)
- some milk
- 5 tbsp cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the apple, quarter it, core it, and coarsely grate it with the peel. Mix with lemon juice. Slice the prunes. Bring water to a boil. Add the oats, salt, and prunes and let it swell over low heat for about 15 minutes. Fold in the grated apple. Thin the porridge with a little cold milk, if desired. Serve the porridge and drizzle with cream just before serving.
