Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg quark
  • 5 eggs
  • 125 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla
  • 200 g ladyfingers
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

for 12 pieces, simple, with ladyfingers and chocolate icing

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the margarine and beat until creamy. While stirring constantly, gradually fold in the quark and pudding powder. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and carefully fold them into the cheese mixture with a wooden spoon. Line a large springform pan with baking paper. Cover the bottom with sponge fingers and spread the cheese mixture on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40 minutes. Then, turn off the oven and let the cake rest for 20-30 minutes. Melt the chocolate in a little warmed milk and spread it over the cheesecake.
