Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 75 g sugar
- 75 g margarine
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups of quark (500 g each, 1x 20%, 1x 40%)
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 220 g sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Make a batter from flour, 1 egg, 75g sugar, margarine, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Line a 26cm baking dish. Beat 6 eggs until frothy. Add the quark, sugar, and cornstarch and mix. Finally, carefully stir in the whipped cream and pour into the dish. Bake at 180-200°C (electric oven). Let cool in the dish for 30 minutes. Then turn out onto a wire rack.
