Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs (size M)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • Fat for the mold
  • Desiccated coconut or ground almonds for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix everything together in order. Then pour into a greased tart case or springform pan sprinkled with ground almonds or coconut flakes. Bake at gas mark 3-4 for approximately 20-25 minutes.
