Cheesecake on a tray

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 140 g sugar, 300 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 140 g butter or margarine
  • 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 packets of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 cup oil
  • ¾ liter of milk
  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes

Knead the dough ingredients and spread them on a baking sheet. Mix the topping ingredients thoroughly. Then spread the topping on the dough (careful, the mixture is very runny, so use a deep baking sheet or a baking rim). Bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the icing. Beat the egg whites and sugar until stiff (not too stiff), spread them on the hot cake, and bake for another 15-20 minutes at 180°C. The cake should cool for at least 3-4 hours; it’s best to make it a day in advance.
