Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 10 cl vodka or grain alcohol
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 pack of cheesecake mix
  • 5 packs of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Put all ingredients into a tall mixing bowl and mix with a hand blender until the curd has completely dissolved and no lumps remain.
