Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 55 g semolina
- 1 class can/n mandarin(s) (250 g)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Combine the quark and eggs. Mix all other ingredients, except the mandarins, and fold into the quark mixture. Pour half of the quark mixture into a 26cm springform pan lined with baking paper, spread the fruit on top, and then pour the remaining quark mixture over the top. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 1 hour.
