Cheesecake with Mandarins, Gluten-free

- 6 piece Eggs
- 1 pack Vanilla custard powder
- 750 g Lowfat quark
- 500 g Mascarpone
- 20 g Food starch
- 125 g Butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 Can Canned mandarins
- Separate eggs, beat egg whites into egg whites. Mix egg yolks, sugar, possibly vanilla sugar and butter. Add the mascarpone, quark, vanilla pudding and cornstarch and mix everything together until creamy. Carefully fold in the egg whites.
- Put the dough in a greased springform pan (possibly sprinkle the greased springform pan with breadcrumbs beforehand) and spread the mandarins on top. Bake at 150 degrees air circulation for 60-70 minutes and then leave to cool in the oven with the oven door ajar.
