Ingredients

  • 2 piece Free range eggs
  • 100 g Butter at room temperature
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 150 g Low fat quark
  • 300 g Double cream cheese
  • 100 g Soft wheat semolina
  • 100 Milliliters Low fat milk
  • 3 piece Fresh mandarins
  • Cooking fat

Instructions

  • Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs in the food processor or hand mixer until creamy.
  • Then add all the other ingredients except tangerines and mix everything well.
  • Line the bottom of a 20 cm springform pan with baking paper. Grease the inner edge with grease of your choice. I took margarine.
  • Pour in the batter and slice the mandarins on top. In the oven on the middle rail at 160 ° upper and lower Bake bottom heat for approx. 50-60 minutes. One has to check. Every stove bakes differently. It took me 60 min.
  • Then take it out and let it cool down. After 1 hour of cooling time, I put it in the fridge again for that long without the rim of the springform pan. Good Appetite
