Mandarins – Cheesecake

The perfect mandarins – cheesecake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Floor :

  • 200 g Sifted flour
  • 80 g Butter
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 Pc. Egg

Covering:

  • 500 g Quark lean
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 1 a cup Sour cream
  • 1 a cup Cottage cheese
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 Pc. Vanilla pods (pulp only)
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 0,75 Cup Rapeseed oil
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Ornament:

  • 2 Can Mandarin oranges

Completion :

  • 1 packet Icing powder
  • 0,25 liter Water
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar

for baking :

  • 1 Pc. Springform pan 28 cm

for the shape:

  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Shortcrust :

  1. Knead all ingredients into a shortcrust pastry.

Springform pan:

  1. Brush with butter.
