Mandarins – Cheesecake
The perfect mandarins – cheesecake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Floor :
- 200 g Sifted flour
- 80 g Butter
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 Pc. Egg
Covering:
- 500 g Quark lean
- 100 ml Cream
- 1 a cup Sour cream
- 1 a cup Cottage cheese
- 125 g Sugar
- 1 Pc. Vanilla pods (pulp only)
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 0,75 Cup Rapeseed oil
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Ornament:
- 2 Can Mandarin oranges
Completion :
- 1 packet Icing powder
- 0,25 liter Water
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
for baking :
- 1 Pc. Springform pan 28 cm
for the shape:
- 1 tablespoon Butter
Shortcrust :
- Knead all ingredients into a shortcrust pastry.
Springform pan:
- Brush with butter.
- Spread the dough 2/3 on the bottom, the rest on the edge.
