Cheesecake with orange juice

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 75 g butter or margarine
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 cup(s) oil
  • 1 cup(s) orange juice or multivitamin juice
  • ½ liter of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Knead the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg, and butter/margarine into a base. Place it in a prepared springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 10 minutes. For the cream, combine the low-fat quark, sugar, egg, egg yolks, and pudding mix and beat with a mixer until creamy. Then stir in the oil, orange or multivitamin juice, and milk (carefully, as it will splash quite a bit with a mixer). Now pour the mixture onto the “finished” base and return it to the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 60 minutes. Please ensure the pan is airtight. The mixture will be very runny!
