Cheese tart farmer’s style
Blanch the vegetables in a little salted water, drain, and set aside. Heat butter in a pan, sauté the bacon, ham, and onions. Add the vegetables, mix well, and set aside to cool slightly. Line a baking tray (a round one with a diameter of 27 cm) with the dough and spread the cooled vegetable mixture on top. Mix the milk and eggs, add the spices, and press in the garlic, then mix again. Stir in the cheese thoroughly and pour everything onto the lined baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes until nicely browned.
