Cheesecake without a base

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g margarine
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 6 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Combine margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs in a bowl and mix well with a hand mixer. Add the low-fat quark, the flour mixed with the baking powder, and the lemon juice; mix well. Pour everything into a greased 26cm springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 60 minutes. Do the skewer test.
