Cheesecake without a base

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg quark
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder (mix with a little milk)
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp semolina
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 bottle of rum flavoring (not absolutely necessary)
  • 250 g butter
  • Fat and breadcrumbs for the form

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream soft butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, and 4 egg yolks until fluffy. Mix with quark, baking powder, semolina, stirred pudding powder, and rum flavoring. Beat the egg whites of the 4 eggs until stiff and fold into the mixture. Pour into a greased and breadcrumb-dusted springform pan and bake for 1 hour at approximately 175 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). DO NOT open the oven during baking, as otherwise the cake will collapse! Let the cake cool in the oven, preferably overnight.
