Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg quark
- 375 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 125 g margarine
- possibly grease for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit), or 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a hand mixer until smooth. Grease a springform pan (I prefer silicone, so no greasing is required). Pour in the batter and bake for 45-60 minutes. If the cake starts to get darker prematurely, cover with aluminum foil. After baking, let the cake cool slightly, then remove from the pan.
