Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g quark
- 200 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp semolina
- 1 pudding powder
- 125 g sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- 3 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 75 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 1 vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whisk the eggs with the quark and sour cream. Then add the sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Finally, stir in the pudding mix and semolina. Pour the quark mixture into a greased 26cm springform pan. For the crumble, mix the melted butter with the sugar, flour, and vanilla sugar. Then form small crumbles and spread them over the quark mixture. Bake the cake in a preheated oven to 200°C (400°F) for about 40 minutes. Test with a toothpick for doneness! If desired, drizzle with lemon glaze.
