Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ pack of French fries
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 1 pack of mozzarella, finely chopped
  • 1 pack of processed cheese slices (Cheddar or Chester)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bunch chives, in rolls
  • salt and pepper
  • Seasoning mix (French fry seasoning)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the fries in the oven according to the package instructions until cooked through but still soft. In the meantime, slice the onion into rings and cut the bacon into small strips. Season the fries to taste (with fries seasoning) and place them in a baking dish with the bacon and onions. Sprinkle with mozzarella and sliced ​​cheese, if desired. Then return them to the hot oven until the cheese has melted nicely. Mix together the chives and sour cream and season to taste. Serve with the cheesy fries. Tastes outrageously good and is outrageously filling (and outrageously fattening!).
