Peel the potatoes, cut into 1/2 cm thick slices, and boil in salted water. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Drain the potatoes and place the slices, while still hot, in a shallow baking dish. Arrange the chorizo ​​slices on top and cover with raclette cheese. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown. Served with a salad, this makes a complete meal. This recipe was created to use up leftovers from a raclette evening. Therefore, it can also be made with potatoes from the previous day and expanded with other ingredients as desired.
