Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 large potatoes
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- salt and pepper
- Caraway seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Boil the potatoes for about 20-25 minutes. Slice the spring onions into rings. Season the crème fraîche with salt and pepper. Place the halved potatoes on a baking sheet, spread the crème fraîche, spring onions, and cheese over them. If you like, sprinkle caraway seeds on top. Bake in the oven at 175°C for 10 minutes.
