Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 handful of currants
  • 1 handful of raspberries
  • 2 handfuls of cherries, pitted
  • 1 lemon(s) or lime
  • possibly sugar
  • some mint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

vegan

Place all the fruit in a blender and puree. Add sugar, lemon juice, and 2-3 mint leaves to taste, if desired. Blend thoroughly again and serve in glasses.
