Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g quark, 20%
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 pack of vanilla pudding powder, approx. 1/3 of it
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder
  • e.g. vanilla powder
  • some stevia powder (sugar substitute for 3 tsp sugar)
  • 1 handful of sour cherries, alternatively frozen
  • n. B. Almond flakes for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Low-carb

Combine the quark, eggs, vanilla pudding powder, and stevia powder. Add the vanilla and cinnamon powder, if desired, and stir again. Then carefully fold in the cherries so they don’t break. Pour the batter into two ovenproof dishes. If desired, sprinkle with a few almond flakes. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for 25 minutes. Nutritional values ​​per serving: Carbohydrates: 19 g, Fat: 8 g, Protein: 46 g
