Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs, separated
- 150 g sugar
- 200 g almonds
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 pkt. pudding powder, almond flavor
- Milk, as needed
- 2 glasses of cherries
- 200 ml juice
- 2 points cake glaze
- cream, whipped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Beat egg whites until stiff. Stir in sugar, egg yolks, almonds, and baking powder. Line a springform pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Bake at 175–200°C for about 40 minutes. Cook the pudding with milk and spread it on the cooled base. Arrange the cherries on top. Then top with the glaze, mixed with the juice and prepared according to the package instructions. Decorate with whipped cream.
