Yeast dough:
- 250 g Flour
- 0,5 dice Yeast
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 0,125 liter Milk lukewarm
- 1 pinch Salt
Covering:
- 600 g Cherries
Crumble:
- 200 g Flour
- 100 g Butter
- 80 g Sugar
- 60 g Macadamia nut roasted and chopped
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Ground cinnamon
- Put the flour in a bowl.
- Make a well in the middle, add yeast, sugar and a little milk. Let stand until the yeast starts to work. Now put the salt on the edge.
- Put the dough hook in the mixer, knead quickly. The dough must now rest for at least 1 hour. To do this, cover the dough with a cloth so that it does not dry out. It should be at least twice as big as before.
Form, oven:
- Butter the shape. Preheat the oven to 160-170 ° C.
Covering:
- Wash the cherries, remove the stem and stone. Spread it tightly on the cake.
Crumble:
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and quickly process into a crumble. Spread well on the cake. Baking: approx. 30 min.
