Ingredients
 

Yeast dough:

  • 250 g Flour
  • 0,5 dice Yeast
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 0,125 liter Milk lukewarm
  • 1 pinch Salt

Covering:

  • 600 g Cherries

Crumble:

  • 200 g Flour
  • 100 g Butter
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 60 g Macadamia nut roasted and chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Put the flour in a bowl.
  • Make a well in the middle, add yeast, sugar and a little milk. Let stand until the yeast starts to work. Now put the salt on the edge.
  • Put the dough hook in the mixer, knead quickly. The dough must now rest for at least 1 hour. To do this, cover the dough with a cloth so that it does not dry out. It should be at least twice as big as before.

Form, oven:

  • Butter the shape. Preheat the oven to 160-170 ° C.

Covering:

  • Wash the cherries, remove the stem and stone. Spread it tightly on the cake.

Crumble:

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and quickly process into a crumble. Spread well on the cake. Baking: approx. 30 min.
  • Let the cake cool on a wire rack in the tin, turn it out later and turn it again.
