Ingredients
Batter
- 2 tbsp Kirsch
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Butter
- Butter flakes
- Powdered sugar
- Vanilla icecream
- 125 g Butter
- 125 g Sugar
- 1 Pc. Vanilla pods (pulp only)
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 0,5 Pc. Lemon zest
- 250 g Flour
- 125 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tbsp Kirsch
Instructions
- Make the batter out of the ingredients. Grease the Dutch Oven with butter and place on 9 glowing briquettes. Put the cherries with the juice and the kirsch in the saucepan and sprinkle with cinnamon. Spread the batter over the cherries and sprinkle a few flakes of butter on the dough. Close the lid and place 9 more briquettes on the lid. After 15 minutes, layer 4 briquettes from below on the lid and bake for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with vanilla ice cream.
