Cherry-chocolate-coffee jam

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g sour cherries
  • 25 g chocolate (80%)
  • 100 ml coffee, strong
  • 200 g gelling sugar, 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Grate the chocolate. Combine the drained sour cherries with the preserving sugar and puree. Heat gently, adding the coffee. Let the jam simmer for about 3 minutes, then stir in the chocolate. Pour the finished jam into well-boiled jars, seal tightly, and turn upside down for a few minutes.
