Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g sugar
- 150 g hazelnuts, ground
- 2 tbsp Nutella
- 1 tbsp, leveled cocoa powder
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 200 ml milk, hot

Very juicy and chocolatey
Spread the ground hazelnuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast in the oven at around 130°C. Then mix them with the sugar, cocoa, breadcrumbs, and Nutella in a bowl. Gradually add the hot milk and mix well. The amount of milk varies! Once the mixture has a spreadable consistency, let it cool slightly. I like to use the filling for yeast rolls. Simply roll out the yeast dough, spread it on the dough, roll it up again, and cut the rolls into pieces. Tastes delicious!
