Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 75 g cherry(s), frozen
- 2 cl Amaretto
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with Amaretto, a dessert sauce
Place the cherries in a saucepan, cover the bottom with water, and bring to a boil briefly, then puree the cherries. Mix the cherry puree with the Amaretto and chill. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form and fold into the cherries. The cherry cream pairs best with waffles and vanilla ice cream.
