Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g hazelnuts, ground
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 jar cherry(s)
- 1 vanilla pudding powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Whisk the eggs, vanilla sugar, and sugar until frothy, then fold in the nuts and baking powder. Pour the batter into a 26cm springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 15-20 minutes, then let cool. Collect the cherry juice and cook it with the pudding mix and 2 tablespoons of sugar until a pudding forms. Mix the cherries into the pudding and, once cooled, spread it on the base. Whip the cream until stiff and pour it over the cherries. Finally, decorate the cake with advocaat.
