Cherry eggnog dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 250 g quark
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 5 packs of vanilla sugar
  • 2 glasses of cherries
  • ½ bottle of eggnog

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Easy & Fast

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Combine the remaining ingredients for the cream and carefully fold in the whipped cream. Drain the cherries well and fold them into the cream along with the egg liqueur. Refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.
